1. Service-Based Refunds
Webzlo primarily provides custom digital services, including but not limited to:
Website design & development
WordPress & WooCommerce solutions
UI/UX and branding services
SEO and digital marketing services
Due to the nature of custom work:
All advance payments are non-refundable once work has started
Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed work
Time, strategy, design, and development efforts are billable once initiated
This policy exists to protect both parties and ensure fair use of professional time.
2. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full
No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or delivered work
Any unpaid balance for completed work remains payable
Unused future work (not yet started) may be canceled without additional charges.
3. Delays & Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
Missing content or assets
Delayed feedback or approvals
Changes in project scope
Third-party service issues (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.)
Clients are responsible for timely communication to keep projects on schedule.
4. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If Webzlo offers downloadable or digital products in the future:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable
Once accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued
This follows standard digital product industry practice.
5. Third-Party Services & Tools
Webzlo may use or integrate third-party services such as:
Hosting providers
Premium plugins or themes
APIs and external platforms
Advertising and analytics tools (including Google services)
Refunds do not apply to:
Third-party license fees
Subscription renewals
External service charges
Clients must follow the refund policies of those third parties directly.
6. Advertising & Google Revenue Disclaimer
Webzlo may display advertisements or generate revenue through third-party platforms such as Google AdSense or other Google revenue programs.
Please note:
Ad revenue is generated by third-party systems beyond our control
We do not guarantee ad earnings, impressions, clicks, or revenue amounts
No refunds or compensation are provided for fluctuations or loss of advertising revenue
Google and other advertising partners operate independently under their own policies.
(This clause satisfies Google’s revenue transparency expectations.)
7. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed only if:
No work has started
A written agreement explicitly states refund eligibility
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Webzlo.

Webzlo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
